Townhome and cottage reservations require an advance deposit. Winter season (September 16 – May 14): one night's room and tax is charged as the advance deposit — cancel 15+ days before arrival for a refund less a $100 processing fee; cancel 0–14 days before arrival and the deposit is forfeited. Summer season (May 15 – September 15): two nights' room and tax is charged as the advance deposit — cancel 91+ days before arrival for a refund less a $100 processing fee; cancel 0–90 days before arrival and the deposit is forfeited. No-shows are charged the balance of the stay. Please contact the resort at (320) 762-1124 for the policy that applies to your stay.

In addition to hotel guest rooms, Arrowwood Resort offers 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom, 6-bedroom cottages and 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom townhomes, all with full kitchens, living areas, and access to resort amenities including the indoor waterpark, Atikwa Golf Club, the marina, and lakeside dining. Upon check-in, we require a valid credit card to be provided for incidental charges. The credit card provided should match the name on the reservation. A daily authorization of $100 will be placed on the card to cover any additional expenses incurred during your stay, such as dining, or other resort amenities. Please note that this is only a pre-authorization, and no actual charges will be made unless incidental expenses are incurred. The authorization will be released within 10 business days after your checkout, depending on your bank’s policies.

For security and privacy reasons, only the name(s) provided on the reservation are authorized to check-in. If your spouse, adult family member, or any other guest will be arriving before you, please ensure their names are added to the reservation in advance. Minimum age requirement to check-in is 21 years. Parental or guardian written consent along with a copy of the parent’s or guardian’s government issued ID and a credit card authorization form will be required for anyone between 18 - 21 years to check-in alone. In addition, Minors will be required to provide government issued identification, such as a passport or driver’s license to verify their age.

The Main Lodge - Based on availability, late check-out is offered upon request but cannot be guaranteed. Check-in for the Main Lodge is 4pm (CST), and check-out is 11am (CST). Check-in for the Townhomes and Cottages is 4:30pm (CST), and check-out is 11am (CST).
